Small steps - big change. I'm here to share all the tools I've learned and am still learning to help you become more authentically you. My journey with yoga began as a deep curiosity about connection—within myself and the world around me. What started as exploration became a path that nurtures mind, body, and soul through yoga's all-encompassing philosophy.

Whether you're a beginner or seasoned yogi, my Findling Studio classes in Poole and online offer a space to move, breathe, and connect. I teach dynamic vinyasa flow, integrating strength, fluidity, and yoga therapy influences to support both body and mind.
Classes are all levels, with adaptable sequences that make yoga fun, functional, and accessible. My goal is to help you build strength, find balance, and take yoga’s benefits beyond the mat.

Let's feel good
Wellness for me is in the little things we do each day. It could be a brisk walk along the beach, a grounding barefoot moment in the garden, or a cold shower in the morning that brings a sense of calm and vitality. I’m passionate about sharing varieties of practices, as feeling good is accessible to all of us. Simple practises and rituals can have a profound effect. Living in sync with nature and its cycles.

My aim is to empower people to realize that their well-being is truly their own. My goal is to guide each person towards finding harmony with themselves and with nature, using powerful, ancient techniques that balance and rejuvenate.
I am far from perfect and just like you on a journey to be more mindful of all aspects of my life. I often get gentle reminders from my kids to “do some yoga” when I’m in a mood. It’s in these moments that I truly understand yoga as a way of life—one that grows, adapts, and evolves with us.
