Hello lovely person

If you’re reading this, I assume you’d like to know a little more about me. How do you describe yourself without it sounding like a dating profile?

Well, I’m passionate about yoga, ancient traditions and myths. Fascinated by nature and our deep connection to it, I experience  yoga as a homecoming, building strength, balance and inner peace.

My Story

It’s hard to pinpoint when my journey truly began. If you see yoga as just movement, then it started 20+ years ago. But my love for philosophy, spirituality, and the deeper meaning of life began much earlier. Discovering the teachings of Śrī T. Krishnamacharya, T.K.V. Desikachar, and Sri Swami Satyananda Saraswati revealed yoga’s richness beyond the physical. Since then, I have felt immense gratitude for the teachers who have come before me and shared their wisdom so generously.

When my teacher nudged me toward teaching, the path unfolded naturally, and I’ve been learning, evolving, and sharing ever since.

My Approach & Experience

I have been teaching full-time for over five years, I weave breath, movement, and meditation to help people feel at home in their bodies. My training includes:

  • 200 & 300 RYT certifications

  • Graduate Certificate in Yoga Therapy (Yoga Vidya Gurukul)

  • 1500+ hours of advanced training in anatomy, meditation, pranayama, yoga nidra, chakra study and mantra chanting.

I love mentoring yoga teachers, guiding students in their practice, and connecting with people from all walks of life.

Yoga Therapy

Beyond group classes, I offer 1:1 yoga therapy sessions, tailoring practices for chronic conditions, stress, anxiety, and injury recovery. Every body and life is unique, so each session is collaborative and deeply personal.

Teacher Mentoring

I’m a 200-hour and 300-hour online yoga teacher trainer, introducing students to philosophy, anatomy, and the art of teaching. I help teachers refine their skills, build confidence, and stay inspired on their journey.

A Little More About Me

When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me barefoot in nature, floating on the water, sitting in a sauna, or sipping herbal tea while geeking out over Yoga, Ayurveda and plant medicine. Oh, and I speak German, so if you fancy practicing yoga auf Deutsch, let me know!

I’d love to welcome you to a class, a workshop, or simply a chat over tea. Let’s explore, breathe, and move together!
